Great Place to Live!
I lived at Ultris Patriot Park from JUN 2019 to JUN 2021, and I loved every minute of it. The staff was great; very supportive. ... If ever I needed anything to be fixed in the apartment, the maintenance team was very supportive and quick to resolve it. Shout out to Normi and the team. I moved to the apartment back in 2016 and today was a very hard day for me and my children to say goodbye. The last 4 years ... living in this apartment was phenomenal, I had never had to worry about or wait for managers to get back with me. Maintenance guys were always on time every time I needed anything fixed or even with little help, this was perfect for single moms like me. They have on call police department personnel residing there to protect us 24/7. I had no worry letting my kids play outside ever, and they were loved by everyone and the staff. Everyone in the complex are friendly but mind their own business. Parking is more than plenty, they keep the complex always nice and clean, I don’t think I saw a single trash on any street the whole time I’ve lived there. Ms.Normie, the manager is by far the best, she handles everything regarding living there professionally but does not forget to throw jokes here and there to make tenants feel comfortable. One of the reasons why I chose this apartment was because I was told that the apartment was one of only couple of areas in entire Fayetteville had no flooding issues or power outage during hurricane Matthew. And sure enough, I had had never lost power except for the day when they were doing inspection which was maybe 30-1hour during the day, and tenants were all notified in advance by email. I have already referred a friend and my friend loves living there as well. I strongly recommend ultris apartment to anyone who is looking for a place. You will know that office staff and maintenance crew actually do care about your well being. I’ve had the pleasure living there and it’s sad that I had to move! Since I first entered her office, Normie has been welcoming and responsive. Prior to leasing, I toured the model and a couple ... units on separate occasions; she was accommodating each time. I have been at Ultris Patriot Park (UPP) a short time, but Normie seems to prioritize a comfortable living experience for her residents. Similarly, the maintenance team has been superb. They, along with Normie, have acted to ensure my apartment/retreat is in good condition and suits me. The only downside is hearing cars abuzz on the nearby highway; however, beautiful trees lessen the noise and the freeway makes other areas of the city more accessible. I appreciate businesses that offer a personal touch. Normie and her colleagues get this. For example, new residents are given a very practical welcome gift: a large bag containing bath and kitchen supplies. How thoughtful! This beats a mug any day of the week. Had the pleasure of spending almost two years at Ultris. There were times when maintenance was lacking, but I brought ... up the issues. Corporate management took action, and all were resolved. The staff was incredible...Always helpful, and called me by name. It's too bad the residents were so disrespectful of basic rules and behavior. Trash goes IN the bin, not next to it. Oh...on Friday or Saturday, some are so lazy that they cannot take their trash to the dumpster... Luckily, I had a third floor unit that faced away from parking lot. Very quiet. I PCSd here in Nov17. Have been very happy with the staff who are friendly and helpful. Every request for help/ repair has ... always been completed easily and quickly ( within one day’s time, at most). Cindy is super professional and knowledgeable. Normie is kind and helpful. Both of the repair staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Grounds are as clean as the other residents keep them, though the staff pick up after those residents who are irresponsible, but you’re going to have people like that anywhere, sadly. Three months ago we started looking for an apartment close to base that was not only pet friendly, but had no breed restrictions. ... We found this apartment complex because it was literally the only complex that allowed "aggressive" breeds and we are so happy we did. Since day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities are immaculate and all of our neighbors are people we could see ourselves being friends with. I have absolutely zero complaints about our stay for the last couple of months. The apartments itself was clean and well taken care of when we moved in. The layout is comfortable and family that comes to visit always comments on how nice the whole place is. The front gate and police car always parked out front adds a level of security. People do not have to worry about their children playing out in the grass or skating in the parking lot because everyone here seems to be very aware if their surroundings. We are about 7 minutes from the Honeycutt gate of Fort Bragg and 11 minutes from All American. Living at Ultris was a great experience overall and I want to start this review off with the pros: +Great packages with ... fully furnished units. +Furniture is of fantastic quality. +Building's, pool, gym area are all very nice. +Easy all in one payment with fully furnished units. +Front staff is extremely helpful and always go out of their way to assist residents. +Clubhouse is always stocked with coffee, tea and on some days of the week free food which is awesome. +Located right down the street from grocery stores and restaurants, also added plus if you're a beer snob like myself Grapes and Hops is right down the street on Ramsey. Is stocked full of great choices for craft brews. I overall enjoyed my stay here at Ultris and I have only minor issues that I will highlight here: -Windows are not double pane glass and if you live in the backside of an apartment unit can get very annoying as you can hear when an A/C units stops and starts. Probably ,my biggest gripe about it the unit I stayed in, I'm a light sleeper so it took me awhile to get used to. -Parking can be a headache depending on which side of the apartment grounds you live on. -Wall's are a bit on the thin side which is a only a minor complaint. Pros in my opinion outweigh the cons here and I would say look no further if you're looking for a nice semi-gated community with furnished all bill's paid, options. I would also like to give a shout out to Crystal whom has been professional, courteous and very helpful in all matters regarding residents. Since day one of moving in she has helped with all questions that arouse and responded very quickly to all emails when unreachable by phone.
