Originally, my husband and I were considering moving... into on-post housing at Fort Bragg - but when we heard of the potentially dangerous situation regarding mold in some of those Fort Bragg houses, I felt anxious as I tried to find a new place for us to live before my husband started his first day of work. Both Normie and Marshall provided the best quality service to us in making sure that we moved into our new apartment as soon as possible, and when my husband and I actually saw our new apartment for the first time, it exceeded our expectations - clean carpets, fresh paint and no mold! Great job!!
I moved in January, I was not able to visit the property prior to moving in so everything was done over the phone. Was a... little nervous about that, but Marshall property manager assured me everything would be to my liking (it was). Normie the leasing agent made sure all the paperwork and apartment was ready as promised. Great job! I was very grateful for that, since I had driven five and a half hours to get here. Wendell maintenance supervisor welcomed me by name and knew exactly what apartment I was moving in, now that's customer service! thank you all for making a stressful time a whole lot less stressful.
