Patriot Park! From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The... management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable.
The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a stunning pool area, and beautifully maintained communal spaces. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-designed, with high-quality finishes and appliances.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and right up the street from Pine Forest High. Plus, the community is friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to live.

Normie to be in charge of the leasing office at the time of my need. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her to be the one to receive incoming personnel who need a place to rent in such short notice. She was extremely helpful throughout every step of the way and she also made me feel comfortable and not alone along the way. Her communication skills were and continue to be impeccable where I know I am being taken care of. When registering my service dog Ms. normie is quick to respond and help with that process as well. The apartment I live in now is perfect, I’m glad they had washer/dryer renting available. Maintenance responds that same day if not within a couple of hours. I never have to wait more than a day for them to come by and fix anything (which was only a bee nest). I can see myself living here for a while or up until I PCS. :)Read More about

They were consistently responsive and tended my family's needs. Wyndell and the maintenance team were prompt when it came to fixing any maintenance issues that arrose. I’m letting everyone know that Patriot Point is a great place to live! Normie, the office manager is very professional at... her job and will put you at ease when talking with her over all documents needed to live here! She will definitely let you know what to do, who to contact, and will go up and beyond her job to make sure you are taken care of.
