Ultris is absolutely beautiful, they have amazing staff that helps with anything no problem ! Normi found us a amazing unit both my husband and I love ! ?They have a awesome maintenance guy ( Wendell ) He has came to the rescue for any problems or questions we had ! All together the staff is wonderful! We have been calling ultris a home for a little over a year now and we love it ??

Normi is the best customer assistance / front office person I ever encountered. She set me up with the maintenance personnel and they did a great job! The issue was fixed quickly and on my time schedule. This is a great team effort that started with great customer service. Patriot Park is a great living community!

Normie and Marshall are phenomenal staff members who manage Patriot Park. Originally, my husband and I were considering moving into on-post housing at Fort Bragg - but when we heard of the potentially dangerous situation regarding mold in some of those Fort Bragg houses, I felt anxious as I tried to find a new place for us to live before my husband started his first day of work. Both Normie and Marshall provided the best quality service to us in making sure that we moved into our new apartment as soon as possible, and when my husband and I actually saw our new apartment for the first time, it exceeded our expectations - clean carpets, fresh paint and no mold! Yay! Thank you so much!

Great job!!

I moved in January, I was not able to visit the property prior to moving in so everything was done over the phone. Was a little nervous about that, but Marshall property manager assured me everything would be to my liking (it was). Normie the leasing agent made sure all the paperwork and apartment was ready as promised. Great job! I was very grateful for that, since I had driven five and a half hours to get here. Wendell maintenance supervisor welcomed me by name and knew exactly what apartment I was moving in, now that's customer service! thank you all for making a stressful time a whole lot less stressful. The kind and caring people at Patriot Park are consummate professionals. Marshall, Normie, Wendell and Trey all have taken great care of us while we live here. The property is highly maintained and conveniently located near Methodist University and Fort Bragg with light traffic and access to 295. In 30 years of working for the military, no one has taken better care of us!

Great place

Worth the cost

The location was perfect, on the edge of town away from the heavy traffic and city noise. The amenities are solid. The front office and maintenance staff are very professional and stay on top of things. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Fayetteville. Very military friendly.

A great community

We clean for this apartment community. The staff is amazing, responsive and super friendly. Its location is a plus as well, it is close to base and Fayetteville but not too close to be a noise problem. I would definitely recommend this complex for your family. :D

Hard to say goodbye!

I moved to the apartment back in 2016 and today was a very hard day for me and my children to say goodbye. The last 4 years living in this apartment was phenomenal, I had never had to worry about or wait for managers to get back with me. Maintenance guys were always on time every time I needed anything fixed or even with little help, this was perfect for single moms like me. They have on call police department personnel residing there to protect us 24/7. I had no worry letting my kids play outside ever, and they were loved by everyone and the staff. Everyone in the complex are friendly but mind their own business. Parking is more than plenty, they keep the complex always nice and clean, I don’t think I saw a single trash on any street the whole time I’ve lived there. Ms.Normie, the manager is by far the best, she handles everything regarding living there professionally but does not forget to throw jokes here and there to make tenants feel comfortable. One of the reasons why I chose this apartment was because I was told that the apartment was one of only couple of areas in entire Fayetteville had no flooding issues or power outage during hurricane Matthew. And sure enough, I had had never lost power except for the day when they were doing inspection which was maybe 30-1hour during the day, and tenants were all notified in advance by email. I have already referred a friend and my friend loves living there as well. I strongly recommend ultris apartment to anyone who is looking for a place. You will know that office staff and maintenance crew actually do care about your well being. I’ve had the pleasure living there and it’s sad that I had to move!

Home away from Home

I love living here everything is so clean people here are so friendly and maintenance is amazing!!! Normie is the best!!! she helped me fix my sink on the phone when maintenance wasn’t able to come up due to the virus.. and got it to work! they do their best to make sure that everything is fixed I love it here . And during the summertime they always have activities where you can win stuff and the the staff gets involved it They truly make you feel like family !

UPP Review

Since I first entered her office, Normie has been welcoming and responsive. Prior to leasing, I toured the model and a couple units on separate occasions; she was accommodating each time. I have been at Ultris Patriot Park (UPP) a short time, but Normie seems to prioritize a comfortable living experience for her residents. Similarly, the maintenance team has been superb. They, along with Normie, have acted to ensure my apartment/retreat is in good condition and suits me. The only downside is hearing cars abuzz on the nearby highway; however, beautiful trees lessen the noise and the freeway makes other areas of the city more accessible. I appreciate businesses that offer a personal touch. Normie and her colleagues get this. For example, new residents are given a very practical welcome gift: a large bag containing bath and kitchen supplies. How thoughtful! This beats a mug any day of the week. Thanks Normie, Mr. Porter and the additional maintenance professionals! I anticipate a continuously positive experience at UPP.

Great Place to call home

Awesome place to live....stayed here 2015 moved out and came back in 2018. I have downgraded from a two bedroom to a one bedroom and now I’m upgrading again. The staff get is awesome and works with you all you have to do is communicate.??????

Perfect Temp location

Had the pleasure of spending almost two years at Ultris. There were times when maintenance was lacking, but I brought up the issues. Corporate management took action, and all were resolved. The staff was incredible...Always helpful, and called me by name. It's too bad the residents were so disrespectful of basic rules and behavior. Trash goes IN the bin, not next to it. Oh...on Friday or Saturday, some are so lazy that they cannot take their trash to the dumpster... Luckily, I had a third floor unit that faced away from parking lot. Very quiet. Parking near the buildings by the car wash area was really bad. So many times, I had to park about 150 yards away from my stairwell.

Its okay

This location is over priced. Basic amenities. For the price, you can rent a whole house. 1 bedroom for $903 is ridiculous. Dog poop all over the area, the lazy trash valet people who barely pick the trash up. Normie is lovely and very pleasant. probably the only reason I still stay there. But, other than that....this location is a joke. Oh, lets talk about the gate. People can still drive up right behind you... people can walk around the gate to the complex. Its like locking the door of a convertible car with the top down. Pointless.

Excellent apartment complex

I PCSd here in Nov17. Have been very happy with the staff who are friendly and helpful. Every request for help/ repair has always been completed easily and quickly ( within one day’s time, at most). Cindy is super professional and knowledgeable. Normie is kind and helpful. Both of the repair staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Grounds are as clean as the other residents keep them, though the staff pick up after those residents who are irresponsible, but you’re going to have people like that anywhere, sadly. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially military. Very convenient to Honeycutt gate !!

Safe, Quiet, Clean... What More Could You Want?

Three months ago we started looking for an apartment close to base that was not only pet friendly, but had no breed restrictions. We found this apartment complex because it was literally the only complex that allowed "aggressive" breeds and we are so happy we did. Since day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities are immaculate and all of our neighbors are people we could see ourselves being friends with. I have absolutely zero complaints about our stay for the last couple of months. The apartments itself was clean and well taken care of when we moved in. The layout is comfortable and family that comes to visit always comments on how nice the whole place is. The front gate and police car always parked out front adds a level of security. People do not have to worry about their children playing out in the grass or skating in the parking lot because everyone here seems to be very aware if their surroundings. We are about 7 minutes from the Honeycutt gate of Fort Bragg and 11 minutes from All American. All around, this is a great community and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay around the area.

Just Moved In

The staff is awesome! They made my transition from Charlotte to Fayetteville smooth and stress free. My two boys love the amenities here and I must admit I like the convenience to everything. Thanks for making this our home.

New to the Property

The staff is Great! Mr. Jones and Mrs. Crystal Hall are Great. They work with you, they care about what you want and looking for, when your searching for your new home. In my process of looking, finding, and moving in they have been Great. These apartments are BEAUTIFUL and I LOVE my new home.

Ultra!!! living at Ultris Patriot Park

Living at Ultris was a great experience overall and I want to start this review off with the pros: +Great packages with fully furnished units. +Furniture is of fantastic quality. +Building's, pool, gym area are all very nice. +Easy all in one payment with fully furnished units. +Front staff is extremely helpful and always go out of their way to assist residents. +Clubhouse is always stocked with coffee, tea and on some days of the week free food which is awesome. +Located right down the street from grocery stores and restaurants, also added plus if you're a beer snob like myself Grapes and Hops is right down the street on Ramsey. Is stocked full of great choices for craft brews. I overall enjoyed my stay here at Ultris and I have only minor issues that I will highlight here: -Windows are not double pane glass and if you live in the backside of an apartment unit can get very annoying as you can hear when an A/C units stops and starts. Probably ,my biggest gripe about it the unit I stayed in, I'm a light sleeper so it took me awhile to get used to. -Parking can be a headache depending on which side of the apartment grounds you live on. -Wall's are a bit on the thin side which is a only a minor complaint. Pros in my opinion outweigh the cons here and I would say look no further if you're looking for a nice semi-gated community with furnished all bill's paid, options. I would also like to give a shout out to Crystal whom has been professional, courteous and very helpful in all matters regarding residents. Since day one of moving in she has helped with all questions that arouse and responded very quickly to all emails when unreachable by phone. Ultris is the kind of community that you can easily call home even when you're away from home on extended travel.

Maintenance Staff

I would like to take a moment to talk about the awesome maintenance staff you have. We have lived here for a few years now, and the maintenance team you have now is by far the best. We have come to get to know Rob the maintenance manager better since getting our dog Chloe. Rob loves dogs and is loves Chloe. Both Rob & Antwan (spelling?) are such a pleasure to interact with both with maintenance issues or otherwise. Rob is probably the nicest person here and always makes Chloe's day when she gets to play with him. The only thing that could make it better is if you made him transfer to the Ultris Arrow Canyon location in Las Vegas where we are moving! Just kidding, but thats how awsome he is.

Amazing Staff

I wanted to comment on the staff at the Fayetteville location. Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating during our stay here. The maintenance staff has been quick to repair any issues.They have kept the property looking fantastic. It is evident that they take pride in their job. It shows in the work they perform. I am also impressed by the office staff. They are very professional. I appreciate how I am treated here at Patriot Park. The staff exceeds my expectations. They make me feel at home every day.
